for Magnetism and Chemistry
Dr. Paul Doherty and Dr. Jill Johnson from the Exploratorium
Two veteran teachers from the Exploratorium’s Teacher Institute in San Francisco held a workshop at the Arkansas Conference on Teaching. Each teacher has their favorite hands-on activities for lessons on the properties of matter and magnetism. These activities in physical science will inject energy, learning and fun in the daily routine. The Exploratorium has been training teachers about inquiry learning for more than 20 years.
