Mid-America Science Museum, Hot Springs Mayan Family Day Mesoamerican people enjoyed sports and games after work and on festival days, just as we do today. Learn about two favorite games, tlachtli, the famous Mesoamerican ball game, and patolli, a board game. Both games had religious meanings. Visit the Botany Field Tent and learn about various insects, mammals, and reptiles as “Tommye T” sculptures “Creatures of the Jungle”. Finish your day with fun outdoor games provided by the Hot Springs Gymnastics, Inc. |

University of Arkansas Center for Mathematics and Science Education, Fayetteville Good Vibrations Kids' Quest Party - Sight, Sounds and Waves, Oh My! Spend a fun and fast-paced afternoon as you explore the exhibition, learn about vision/light/electricity, sound, motion, geology, and weather as they all relate to waves!
